Emily Itati Vazquez is an aspiring photographer and journalist at La Joya Community High School in Avondale, Arizona. She is a Junior currently taking the 2022-2024 Advanced Digital Communications Class and upcoming SkillsUSA competitor and currently in the Ace program. She is taking the class in hopes of learning and enhancing her skills in photography and journalism. She has only been at La Joya for two year. A lot has happened to her over her time online and on campus here at La Joya Community High School that has helped her improve as a person which allows her to be able to help others. She plans to one day go on to go to competition for photography and journalism. She made a promise to herself that she would succeed and present the best work possible. Emily one day hopes to pursue a career in something that she would desire with is unknown now but while taking this class would help her find her passion. She will go off to college, hoping to receive a master’s degree in the career she desires while also pursuing life to its fullest. She hopes that as she grows, she will get to observe the growth of her and her colleagues.
