From parents doing late night shopping for their kids at late night to people that are trying to get in the Christmas spirit by decorating their homes with lights, fake snow and massive inflatables we all know that this time of the year is a rather expensive time. Some others will be able to afford more than as many gifts as they like while some others might only be able to afford one gift due to the expensive prices and last-minute shopping. Black Friday is already over at this point for those unlucky enough to not be able to make it to stores or we didn’t have money all together and we are just itching to get out hands on some gifts to give to our friends, family and loved ones. Prices during these times are constantly rising and the closer it gets to Christmas, the higher the prices will get and eventually you might as well just get your gifts from the dollar store.

The big company above all of this- Amazon mostly lowers prices, although they get a higher profit but at a slightly slower pace, they do get more sales and surpassing the typical sales of the everyday profit. They rarely rise sales at this time of year to get more people who aren’t looking to get up and go to the store to buy their products and to keep people from leaving from outrageous holiday prices and some other companies do things like that to match with the competition that some others might try to strive for.

Some other stores and companies boost their prices at times due to their greed and experimentation to see what is in the mind of their shoppers and to increase prices. Many of those companies know that parents will most definitely spend an arm and a leg to see their children happy and will do anything in their power to do so, so these companies active increase their prices to get a higher profit but at times they must notice that they will get such a low amount of customers due to the expensive prices. Those people that don’t have money to get such gifts then go on amazon to find cheaper prices. This is also an opportunity that other sellers on Amazon to use to get some extra money from going on sale and having the chance to get more money so even they will go on sale.
