Attention, attention, weebs and pop culture enthusiasts alike; a young writer at La Joya has built a website to share their creative work in dark fantasy realistic fiction and O.C creation to bring diversity and fun to our dull existence.

This aspiring writer uses writing as a coping mechanism and escape from their depression and self-imposed anxiety to become better than they once were. Writing gave a young writer with no hope in himself the ability to disappear into a world that HE, or should I say “I” get to control.

Ooh plot twist.

That’s right dear reader, I am the owner of the website.

I wanted to share the website with you all so you can explore all it has to offer. The website has been a bit of a passion project I have been working on for a while. I originally planned to build a website in October last year so I could share my short stories in a more mainstream domain, and then I had a crazy idea… what is more mainstream than a website? Answer, apparently BookTok on TikTok and the book review side of social media, but anyway hindsight is 20/20 and I don’t mean the album by Justin Timberlake. But back to the topic at hand, this website is a great way for my non-journalism related work out to the world.

The website is not perfected yet, but soon it will be a website where the readers can share your thoughts with the community and get custom O. Cs and campaigns for fun times with your friends. And don’t worry about the lack of content, soon there will be stories and updates about events galore on the website.
