On Friday, November 15th, Jake Paul fought against Mike Tyson at the AT&T Stadium in what is being labelled a failure and a dishonorable boxing match. First, the streaming service selected for the fight was Netflix, and users were complaining about constant buffering and even full crashes while watching the fight. It was clear that Netflix could not handle the amount of people watching. The fight itself was extremely controversial as well. Mike Tyson is a 58-year-old man, 38 years past his prime, fighting against a 27-year-old Jake Paul, who is in his peak physical ability. During the fight it was very clear that Jake Paul was pulling his punches in efforts to not hurt Mike Tyson.

In previous fights-including this one- Jake Paul makes bold and disrespectful callouts to other big-name boxers, most notably Canelo Alvarez, and this led to people on social media becoming extremely vocal about the fight and Jake Paul.
“Jake Paul is an embarrassment to this sport” said Nico Ali Walsh, granddaughter of Muhammad Ali, who had close ties with Mike Tyson and his family. Overall, Jake Paul is an extremely confident boxer who has absolutely no filter, but this makes for an amazing way to market himself and reel in tons of money from his fights.
