Are festivals your kind of thing? With hours of seeing and watching maybe your favorite artists performing. Sadly, many of these festivals are in other states that are not here in Arizona besides when Vans Warped Tour comes around. Lucky for you, in Chandler at Rawhide, the third annual Pot of Gold music festival is back on March 17th and the 18th and the lineup and everything is new this year! This year there will be an East stage and a West stage for more artist to attend and for them to perform in close times after another.
When Pot of Gold first happened, it was for four different days with many artist like Korn, Fallout Boy, Kendrick Lamar and Bastille being big names attending. With March 17th and 18th coming soon, the artist lineup will consist of names such as, Action Bronson and 311 for Friday’s night on the 17th with NOFX and Death Cab for Cutie following up for Saturday’s night on the 18th.
The Lucky Man Concerts owner, Tom LePenna has said in a past interview on the Phoenix New Times about the upcoming festival with two different days and he has said, “The 2017 lineup brings together a mix of hip-hop, reggae, and rock on Friday and a mix of alternative, punk, and pop on Saturday, We are very proud to bring together all of these amazing artists for their Arizona music fans and hope everyone attending has a great experience.”
If you are that type of person attending this festival always make sure to bring water and be hydrated and wear sun screen because it will be hot during the days since we live in Arizona.
