A horoscope is a forecast of a person’s future typically including a portrait of character and circumstances, based on the relative positions of the stars and planets at the time of the persons birthday. There are 12 different zodiac signs and they all represent something different and different types of personalities. The 12 different zodiac sign names, dates and spirit animals include:

Aries: March 21- April 20 represented by a ram

Taurus: April 21- May 20 represented by a bull

Gemini: May 21-June 21 represented by twins

Cancer: June 22- July 22 represented by a crab

Leo: July 23- August 23 represented by a lion

Virgo: August 24- September 23 represented by a maiden

Libra: September 24- October 23 represented by scales

Scorpio: October 24- November 22 represented by a scorpion

I interviewed sophomore Ismael Uribe who is an Aries because his birthday falls in the range of March 20-April 20. Some of Aries personality traits include having a strong sense of leadership, individuality, and a need to take charge.

” I don’t need to be in charge but I do feel a strong sense of leadership and individuality,” said Ismael Uribe Sophomore at La Joya. 

I also interviewed sophomore Julio Barcenas who is a Capricorn because his birthday falls in the range of December 21-January 20. A Capricorn is usually perceived as determined, stubborn, conservative, and helpful

“Yeah because people get mad at me when I don’t give up because I’m stubborn,” said Julio Barcenas, Sophomore at La Joya.
