The man with many jobs.

Teacher Feacher : Philip Mulherin

August 25th was the day Mr. Mulherin got interviewed. The interview was based off of three topics. What inspired him and what he did in the army Mr. Mulherin stated ” My whole army was in the army my grandpa was in World War 2 and the Vietnam war my dad was also in the army. I also grow up in a air fours base that was another reason”.

The other Topic that was targeted was his career in coaching girls’ soccer it was the most interesting topic out of the three we got in to coaching because of his 2 daughters they were in soccer he talked about the different of club and school sports he said “I think that club is more competitive and school sports is more about showing you how to play and building team skills.”

The last topic was on his current job, criminal justice he’s teaching people about criminal justice to show people that there is more than just being a police officer and a lawyer.

Angel Gamboa is an amazing  photographer  at La Joya Community High School in Avondale, Arizona. He is a sophomore currently taking the 2023-2024 Advanced Digital Communication Class and upcoming SkillsUSA competitor.
He is taking the class in hopes of learning and enhancing his skills in photography and journalism. He has only been a La Joya for two years.
A lot has happened to him over his time on campus here at La Joya Community High School that has helped him improve as a photographer which allows him to be able to help others.
He plans to one day go on to competition for photography and Journalism. He made a promise to himself that he would succeed and present the best work possible.
He wishes to be a professional soccer player. He hopes that as he grows, he will get to observe the growth of him and his colleagues.
