Ms.Schladweiler is a teacher the started her careers at 19 years old. She showed me that any seniors at La Joya or any school can also start their career at 19 years old. She took lots of AP classes and dual enrollment classes.
She had many ways to make herself go further ahead. She had many people to look at and make her inspire them.
She made her sisters and other proud of her and till this day she still makes them proud. Her biggest inspiration is Calie Pastor. When she was in high school she had decided she wanted to be a teacher.
As soon as she graduated she went on to college. Her students have many positive comments for her, and it seems like they appreciate her for all the things she has done. Ms.Schladweiler even says herself that her strength as teacher are her students. She has good relationships with her students.
She gained confidence by others helping her out. She wanted to be a publisher and speech therapy but she decided that she could do both categories as a English teacher.
She came to la Joya because ASU placed her here for her student teaching. She fell in love with the environment and the people here at la Joya and decided to stay here.
