This song is a upbeat pop feel song almost a indie rock feeling, it comes from the album Fuzzybrain with other hits including “Listerine” and “Can I Call You Tonight.”

While this song has a upbeat melody the lyrics express the singer’s own mistrust and dissatisfaction with the world, and their own self confidence issues. In the beginning of the song the singer talks about never being able to listen to help he’s been given along with not being able to find love because he can’t even love himself.
