What’s the point in eating healthy without a little cheat here and there?

That’s right, it’s time to give in and try a new recipe: cheesecake-stuffed strawberries! And before you run off and decide they’re too hard or too time consuming to make, it’s only a 20-minute prep time. TOTALLY worth it!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 pint of fresh strawberries (hulled and cored)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 graham crackers, crushed, or as needed
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or resealable bag with a snipped corner.
  3. Fill the cored strawberries with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle some of the crushed graham crackers over the tops of your filled strawberries.
  5. Lastly, enjoy your marvelous little desserts!

Note: Don’t you worry if your outcome doesn’t look like the displayed strawberries; the taste is what matters!
