How many hours of sleep are you getting? 5? 6? 7? maybe even 4. The required amount of sleep you should be getting is 7-9 hours a night. Poor sleep can cause headaches, Pale skin and dark bags under your eyes. Getting less sleep or not reaching the required amount can affect your learning and concentration. Not getting a certain amount of sleep can cause reduced creativity and slows your procession down making it hard for you to comprehend what you’re learning. “ When I don’t get the amount of sleep that I need I can’t focus on my work because I’m too tired to think” said interviewed student Yarely Lopez here at La Joya.

Without being able to focus you can’t intake new important information while at school and you may even fall asleep during class if you’re tired enough.
